A Prodigi Classic Combination Oven/Steamer fills its occupied space with much more potential than any one piece of equipment normally would because it blends the functions of several appliances which simplify kitchen work into one streamlined appliance. Fabricated of stainless steel, the oven has space for 6 half size sheet pans and 7 full size hotel pans. Boiler-free, the oven has none of the maintenance, cost and down time that can accompany the presence of a boiler. It requires zero clearance, so when it’s added to your tightly packed kitchen, it uses less floor and hood space than its competition. Adjustable legs create a base for the oven. Steam, convection and combination are the cooking modes available for the oven. SafeVent is the function which causes steam to automatically vent just prior to the completion of a cooking cycle, and lowers occasions for burns to happen. EcoSmart technology empowers this oven to use 40% less energy and 80% less water than conventional cooking
