Product stored in the cabinet is discernable and accessible under LED lighting behind hinged doors. These doors have a convenient stay-open design that locks at a 90-degree angle so employees can stock the cabinet. To reduce the risk of tampering, the doors can be locked.
Mounted in the bottom of this Migali C-3FB reach-in commercial freezer, the refrigeration system is accessible if component maintenance is necessary. In this position, the parts are close to floor debris but positioned away from grease-laden air vapors. The temperature is adjustable between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital controller and can be monitored on the display.
