This two-section Reach-In Glass Door Merchandiser provides 48 cubic feet of storage capacity for your corner market or convenience store. It’s completely made of white coated steel, both inside and out, except for the floor, which is formed of 304 stainless steel. Two and a half inches of polyurethane foam create the insulation for this case. Adjustable legs permit you to level the case on surfaces which might not be smooth. The self-contained refrigeration is concealed behind a grill on the bottom of the unit, and features a condenser which handily slides out for cleaning and maintenance. R-134A refrigerant is used due to its reputation of environmental excellence. The two sliding doors have a black PVC frame, and are self-closing. Removable double-pane glass, with a clear thermal layer between the panes comprise the panels of the doors and help to maintain the appropriate temperature range of 33 to 41F, which is thermostatically controlled by a knob dial. The air defrost function is controlled by the same knob. A safety-shielded fluorescent light has a power switch, so it can be turned off to conserve energy. Eight epoxy coated wire shelves come standard with this case.
