The True TD-24-7-HC forced-air bottle cooler is designed to accommodate 4.5 cases of 12-ounce bottles or 6 cases of 12-ounce cans, offering efficient organization with the assistance of PVC-coated bin dividers. Its interior is crafted from durable galvanized steel, while the walls are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to retain cold air effectively.
Constructed with a robust combination of black powder-coated, cold-rolled steel for the exterior front, sides, and back, and stainless steel for the countertop and lid, the unit provides both durability and an appealing aesthetic. Additionally, the inclusion of a bottle cap opener and cap catcher adds convenience for easy bottle opening and disposal of caps.
The True TD-24-7-HC optimizes cooling efficiency by chilling the bottles on top first, as they are the most accessible. Its self-contained capillary tube system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Energy conservation and heat reduction are achieved through electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors, ensuring consistent air movement. For maintenance convenience, the condensing unit slides out and can be accessed from behind the front grille.
Enhancing longevity and efficiency, the fan motor briefly reverses direction for 20 seconds upon compressor startup, effectively removing dust and debris from the condensing coil. This feature contributes to temperature maintenance, reduced energy consumption, and an extended compressor lifespan. While this technology is effective, routine preventative maintenance by employees remains crucial for optimal results.
