The Hatco GRCD-3PD GroRay® Hot Food Display Case is ideal to be used in delis and supermarkets to attract customers and boost sales. This display case is designed to hold hot food items like chicken wings, vegetables, and fries. There are two (2) shelves that are large enough to accommodate two (2) full-size pans on the top shelf and three (3) full-size pans on the bottom one. The holding cabinet includes pan rails for organizing different food items easily. There are incandescent shatter-resistant lights inside the cabinet for increased visibility. The infrared heat pattern of this display case is combined with a thermostatically-controlled heated base to keep food warm and ready-to-eat. The temperature of this unit is maintained at or above 140°F using independent infinite temperature controls for each shelf. Base of the display cabinet has a cool-to-touch exterior that prevents heat transfer and makes it safe for staff to use.
Hatco GloRay® Display Case comes with a stainless steel base that is easy to clean and does not corrode or rust. Hinged panel at front of the cabinet can be cleaned easily. The tempered front panel retains heat so that food stored inside stays hot for a long period of time. This display case has a sliding glass door for easy loading and loading of stock. The cabinet stands on 4″ adjustable legs that help user level it according to the convenience. It comes with 6 ft cord and plug for easy installation. The display cabinet uses 120V, single-phase electrical connection.
