Two heavy-duty doors with latch mechanism for easy accessibility and ensuring that they stay shut when there is no loading or unloading. The direct steam floor steamer has a cabinet base and provides clean steam to food products so that they stay fresh and healthy. This cabinet base is water-resistant and has stainless steel construction for durability and strength. The two doors standing on a 24″ cabinet base can easily accommodate 10 deep pans measuring 12″x20″x2-1/2″, making the unit ideal for heavy volume use.

Vulcan’s Convection steamer features two separate 60-minute timers and buzzer to ensure that the user is attentive towards food even in a noisy kitchen environment. The consistent steam feature of both the compartments ensures that proper and continuous steam is reaching the food for effective cooking. The two compartments allow its user to steam different food items together without worrying about mixing up the flavors.
