Equipped with two 30,000 BTU/hr burners and a 3/4-inch thick smooth steel cooking surface, the Gas Plancha provides rapid and uniform heat distribution across its entirety. Our proprietary control system, developed by Wood Stone, guarantees uniform and consistent temperature control, even under the most demanding loads, with fast heat recovery times.

The Gas Plancha functions as both a griddle and a direct contact cooking surface, making it ideal for searing or sautéing a wide variety of ingredients. With a temperature range from 150°F to 650°F, it can achieve the color and flavor profile typically associated with a chargrill.

Compact and efficient, the Gas Plancha features a small footprint measuring 24 inches x 36 inches, with a 24-inch x 24-inch cooking surface. Supported by four legs, it’s designed for easy installation on a suitable countertop.

Please note that proper ventilation is required, and the Gas Plancha must be vented with a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood or equivalent, constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes.
