Description

The Everest EPR1-24 is a compact Sandwich Prep Table, measuring 35-5/8″ wide, with a 6.0 cu. ft. capacity. It features a stainless steel top with an opening for (8) 1/9 size pans and a 1/2″ thick insulated stainless steel top lid.

Access is through a solid hinged self-closing door with a snap-in magnetic door gasket. Inside, (2) adjustable wire shelves and a 12-1/4″D removable cutting board offer convenience.

Digital controls with an LED display allow precise temperature management from +33° to +54°F. The unit has auto defrost, LED interior lighting, and an overheat protection alarm for safety.

Constructed with stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides, it’s durable and easy to clean. The bottom and rear are galvanized steel. (4) 5″ swivel casters, with (2) locking, provide mobility.

The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With 1/4+ HP power, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph power, drawing 3.27 amps, and comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
