Here’s an 8 foot long Halo Heat Display Case with a European Style Basecase which supplies you with plenty of space for 7 full-size hotel pans, 5 full-size sheet pans, or many combinations of other pan sizes. It’s fabricated of stainless steel, with a classic black exterior. The front is a curved glass, and lifts to a right angle to expedite cleaning. A rubber gasket buffers the edge of the glass, protecting it from breaking. Your diners aren’t going to feel the heat of the case because a front-mounted heat guard has been added. Fourteen coated shatter proof over head lights, in two lighting zones, brighten your case. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. You don’t add any water to this system, and that helps to avert condensation on the glass. The completely recyclable polycarbonate bumper is made almost entirely of recycled pre-consumer materials, and is attached to the front of the base. On the reverse side of the case, you’ll find two 10 inch x 60 inch work shelves. You’ll be able to access the case for stocking, serving and cleaning through sliding glass doors. Their interiors are mirrored, to provide a reflection of the far side of what you’ve cooked.
Halo Heat, which is a stationary warmth, protects your fare from the damage that can be cause by moving air, such as dehydration and mixing of flavors. It rises from two heating zones in the base of the unit. Each of these zones is thermostatically controlled and has a setting range of 1 to 10 and an individual heat indicator light.
