Top air discharge allows for placement between other equipment or walls without disrupting air flow and performance. Ice-O-Matic offers the only top air discharge in the industry. This cuber has a production capacity of 561 lbs. that ensures you have the ice you need when you need it. Production is based on 70°F air, 50°F water in 24 hours. It produces “half-size” cubes that measure 7/8″x7/8″x3/8″ and are perfect for soft drinks or cocktails. This modular ice maker has an oversized condenser, which means no air filter to change. Durable, electroless nickel plating on all evaporator plates ensures reliability. The exterior features corrosion-resistant stainless steel and fingerprint-proof plastic to keep your equipment looking great. The model includes antimicrobial protection that inhibits bacteria growth on ice maker surfaces.
