The Vollrath T4008 Wear-Ever SteelCoat x3 Nonstick Coating Fry Pan with Cool Handle is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens with better food release and faster cleaning in mind. The SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating is applied with a curtain-coating system that promotes longer use and wear. The Ever-Tite™ rivet system of the pan has a lifetime warranty against loose rivets. The pan comes with an exclusive Cool Handle rubber grip sleeve handle that is best suited for temperatures up to 450°F but can withstand temperatures up to 600°F with intermittent use.
