EcoQuality food topping warmer is a countertop warmer, preferably for hot fudge and caramel, with two slots for pans to be warmed. The wells are 7 quarts in size and there is the ability to control the temperature with an adjustable thermostat. This unit also has hinged inlet lids and two long handled ladles.
