Constructed out of stainless steel, this unit is easy to clean and delivers a long-lasting performance. Internal floor is die-formed with rounded corners and central drain system for effortless cleaning. The CFC- and HCFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures temperature retention throughout the cabinet. The single door unit features a vertical door handle with snap-in gaskets for easy accessibility. This self-closing door stays open at 100° to load and unload stock conveniently. The wire guides with stainless steel construction ensure maximum air circulation and can be removed easily for convenient cleaning. It holds five (5) pans measuring 18″x26″x1″ with self-spacing of 2.56″. This chiller/freezer comes with an on-board recipe book along with 68 pre-set programs.
Victory’s Reach-In Blast Chiller has the ability to chill your food within 90 minutes with temperatures ranging from 194°F to 37°F. Chill food in 90 minutes or freeze within 240 minutes. Operations can be monitored with the help of an electronic control system and LCD/color display. The core temperature probe ensures smooth function with one touch soft and hard automatic chilling or shock freezing. The single touch HACCP alarm display notifies in instances of power failure and high or low temperatures, recording these for immediate reference. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system with 1 hp compressor and R404a refrigerant provides maximum efficiency. Indirect air flow system ensures high product quality. There is a timed manual defrost button to prevent condensate build-up and keep food safe.
