The Vollrath 97320 is a utility cart used in commercial settings to transport food and kitchen tools from one place to another. This transport cart includes multiple shelves for increased storage space and decreased trips from storage to service station. The Vollrath utility cart evenly distributes 300 lbs weight on the (3) medium-duty shelves. There is a 12″ spacing between shelves to easily accommodate tall kitchen tools. Each shelf has raised lips on three sides to prevent food or equipment from falling off. The side handle and 3-1/2″ swivel casters are included for easy maneuverability across the place. These casters are soundproof to reduce noise while working in the kitchen.
