Description
The Alto-Shaam VMC-F4E is a Vector Series Electric Multi-Cook Oven. The oven offers the flexibility to control temperature, fan speed and time in multiple, independent oven chambers. The four chambers are operated by a programmable, touchscreen with the ability to upload and download recipes via an USB port. Double-pane glass door contains heat while also allowing visibility of the product while it cooks. The capacity of the oven is 4 full-size sheet pans (18″x26″x1″), 8 full-size hotel pans (20-3/4″x12-3/4″x4″) or 8 half-size sheet pans (18″x13″x1″).
