Its 10″ deep removable polyethylene cutting board is perfect for making signature sandwiches, subs, and salads. The top rail on the refrigerated table holds (18) 1/6 size food pans and comes with heavy-duty pan supports that prevent food spillage. Providing additional storage space, this unit has six epoxy-coated wire shelves included inside the cabinet. To make the table suitable for commercial use, the front, sides, top, and door are made of durable stainless steel.
PE72HC-18 Elite Series Sandwich Prep Table has an aluminum liner that provides exceptional corrosion-resistance and protection against rust. The high-capacity refrigeration system has a 1/3 hp compressor that uses the R-290 refrigerant. The system functions on an optimized airflow pattern that helps in cooling the pans from the bottom, ensuring even distribution of temperature. The entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with CFC-free and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. Also, the top rail lid is insulated to help keep the ingredients fresh. Offering an environmentally-friendly refrigeration system, the unit has ozone depletion potential of (ODP) of zero (0) and three (3) global warming potential (GWP).
This table can hold temperatures from +36°F to +38°F. It has four (4) 6″ swivel casters installed on it that ensure easy maneuverability.
