With a spacious 8 7/8″ deep, full-length polyethylene cutting board that’s easily removable for cleaning, it offers ample prep space. The refrigerated pan rail includes (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans, all 4″ deep, for your most frequently used ingredients. Additionally, it comes with two heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organizing other items within the refrigerated cabinet.
The unit’s durability is ensured by its stainless steel exterior and GalFan coated steel back, providing extra resistance to corrosion. The clear-coated aluminum interior, combined with the stainless steel floor featuring coved corners, simplifies the cleaning process.
