It features three 12″ uniform hot tops, each with two 16,000 BTU burners, plus a 45,000 BTU convection oven. The removable steel plates on the hot tops can heat up to 700°F, and the convection oven includes a dual-speed fan for even cooking. The range is constructed with durable stainless steel and 6″ adjustable legs for versatility.
