This 72″ chef base is perfect for propping up small appliances and other cooking equipment; its top can hold up to 1,000 lbs., in fact. The heavy-duty, 16-gauge top is also fireproof and surrounded by a full marine edge to prevent liquids from spilling over the sides. Not only does the chef base make it easier to access any equipment you place on top of it, but it also features four refrigerated drawers for storing and organizing ingredients. These self-closing, stainless steel drawers come with Delrin rollers that withstand 275 lbs. each, and they can accommodate eight (8) full-size food pans up to 6″ deep.

Plus, the entire unit sits atop 3″ casters (two of which brake) that allow users to easily transport the chef base for routine cleaning or maintenance.
