It’s a one-compartment heated holding case with French doors. The doors have positive latch handles. Fully constructed of stainless steel, this holding case is rugged enough to deal with life in a delivery van, or various out door venues, and still wipes clean very simply. The steel unit contains six full-size 12 inch x 20 inch pans, or 190 lbs. overall weight capacity. The adjustable thermostat covers a temperature range between 60 and 200F, and an exterior temperature gauge makes you aware of the temperature inside of the case.
