Description
This Heavy Duty Restaurant Range is gas and 36″W. There is one 12″ griddle, with a steel burner that’s rated at 20,000 BTUs and a 3/4″ thick grill plate, (4) 32,000 BTU open burners, each with a standing pilot for instant ignition, and a 27,000 BTU, standard oven with one rack and two rack positions. The temperature range on the oven is 150 to 500F and for safety, there’s a 100% gas shut off valve. The front and sides are stainless steel, and the drip trough/crumb tray is full width. Extra oven racks and casters are soldseparately. The range comes with a high shelf and riser, and 6″ chrome plated legs. The total BTU output for this piece of equipment is 183,
