The Bakers Pride® GP61 HearthBake oven is a countertop gas deck oven designed for commercial kitchens that require greater baking capacity and wider decks for larger pizzas, flatbreads, pretzels, and other baked goods. It features two aluminized steel baking chambers, each fitted with Cordierite ceramic decks (brick-lined available on GP61-HP models), providing stone-hearth style results with crispy crusts and consistent heat distribution.

Offering a temperature range of 300°F to 650°F (149°C to 343°C), the GP61 is powered by an energy-efficient modulating thermostat and includes a combination gas control valve with manual shutoff, pilot safety, and regulator for safe and reliable operation. Its upper and lower decks measure 29.62″ wide x 26.25″ deep, making this unit especially well-suited for larger-volume pizza baking.

Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and welded aluminized steel chambers, the GP61 is fully insulated to improve efficiency and reduce heat loss. Standard features include bottom-hinged doors with field-reversible handles, a front-mounted hinged control valve access panel, and chrome-plated 4-inch adjustable legs for stability and easy cleaning clearance. The GP61 can also be double-stacked to maximize production capacity.
