This model is constructed with a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame, ensuring durability and the ability to stack if desired. It can be installed behind a decorative brick, stone, or tile façade for a traditional, old-world appearance, or showcased in stainless steel with optional black-powder-coated control panels and hardwood handles for a refined, modern touch.
The Lightstone fibrament deck provides superior heat retention and even baking, with a generous 8″ deck height that accommodates pizzas, breads, and other baked goods. The oven also features independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers, giving bakers precise control for consistently balanced results.
