Beverage-Air SPED72HC-18C-4 Sandwich Counter from Elite Series is the perfect solution for those who want to store ingredients and prep cold dishes without wasting a lot of space or time in the kitchen. Designed for commercial food joints, this table with 14.6 cu. ft. capacity does not disappoint where there are high food demands. Store condiments, raw ingredients and prepare delicious sandwiches, salads, and subs using this counter table. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior with galvanized bottom and back that ensure durability and reliability for years to come. Interior has an aluminum construction to prevent corrosion and simplify the cleaning process. The 72″W table provides enough space for 2 or 3 chefs to work together so that the customers do not have to wait too long for their order. Top of the counter comes with (18) sixth-size, 4″D pans and can accommodate 6″D pans as per the requirement. This food rail has an insulated lid and detachable lids to keep all the ingredients fresh by trapping cold air. There is a 17″ polyethylene cutting board which provides chefs with a tough preparation space.
Beverage Air’s Counter features four (4) drawers and one (1) door. Top drawers accommodate 6″D pans and bottom ones accommodate 4″D pans. Drawers come with a locking mechanism that ensures that they aren’t pulled out of the cabinet. Door comes with two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves to arrange different ingredients or pre-cooked food easily. This door can easily be removed at the time of cleaning or service. This unit holds temperature between 36°F to 38°F. The rear-mounted self-refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides maximum efficiency without putting a burden on the environment. There are four (4) 6″ casters (2 with brakes) for easy movement around the kitchen.
