This Blodgett BX14GSGL Single Stack Gas Combi Oven is available from Central Restaurant Products. Blodgett commercial combi ovens use three methods of cooking: 1) Dry heat, 2) Steam, 3) A combination of both. The Blodgett BX-14G SGL commercial combi oven is broilerless and runs on LP gas. Four-speed cooling fan with 1/2 HP motor, with steam-on-demand and vario steam. Front, sides and top constructed of durable, heavy duty stainless steel, and holds (14) 12″x20″ full-size hotel pans, or (7) 18″x26″ full-size sheet pans with 13 position rack glides and 5 wire shelves.
