Equipped with a double-wall cabinet with stainless steel construction, you can expect a long-lasting and powerful performance. Walls and door are lined with fiberglass of 1″ thickness and top have a thickness of 1-1/2″ to retain the maximum amount of heat. The base frame of the unit is made from stainless steel, and 12 gauge caster bolsters for durability and rough usage. To keep the cart and walls safe from any kind of damage, there is an aluminum bumper with vinyl insert. To make the maintenance and cleaning task easy, the cabinet has a seam construction without any raw edges.
The banquet cart features two wider, horizontal push handles mounted on each of the cabinets for easy access. There are sliding latches and grip handles to operate the cart without any problem. To shift this insulated cart from one place to another, there is a wheel ahead pattern. Dial style thermometer of the unit is door-mounted which helps keep its temperature regulated. The cart can be preheated within 20 minutes up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. This cart features three wire shelves with nickel plating that can be removed easily. The Carter-Hoffmann unit can be cleaned easily due to its stainless steel construction. The heating system of the unit is bottom-mounted with stainless steel construction. It has a 1600 watt heating element with Inconel sheathing to keep the unit cool from inside.
