This NSF Certified thermometer offers visual alerts with color LED lights that indicate the maximum temperature range reached during each cycle and recalls the last maximum temperature and alert LED when in standby. Equipped with a big-digit display, the MAX/MIN mode displays the highest or lowest temperature detected while in use. Waterproof with an IP66 rating. Tests show that it is protected from powerful water jets from any direction and completely protected against dust.
