Description

The Garland G36-4G12R is a commercial gas range from the Restaurant Series designed to save prep time and enhance overall efficiency of the staff. This 36″ wide unit includes (4) Starfire-Pro top burners with independent control knobs to cook different meals at the same time. The burners have split-design cast iron grates that make it easy for operators to slide heavy pans and pots from one section to the other. The top burners use 26,000 BTU with LP gas and 33,000 BTU with natural gas.

This heavy-duty gas range features a 12″ wide griddle. Its 5/8″ thick cooking surface is made of steel for uniform and reliable cooking. The griddle uses 18,000 BTU per hour for a powerful performance. An internal grease drawer and grease trough keep the cooking surface safe from grease and oil spills.

The Garland commercial gas range includes (1) standard oven to fulfil all the baking needs. The oven door can withstand slamming and hold up to 450 lbs without bending. This oven includes (1) rack that can accommodate full-sized sheet pans in (3) different positions. The oven temperature can be maintained between 150°F and 500°F for optimum cooking performance. It uses 32,000 BTU with LP gas and 38,000 BTU with natural gas.

Designed for durable and reliable performance, the commercial range is made of heavy duty stainless steel. The unit has a low-profile back guard that protects walls from unnecessary water and oil splashes. The split crumb tray goes all the way towards the back to catch spillage and easy to clean in a dishwasher. This range stands firmly on (4) 6″ stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to easily elevate the unit height for easy cleaning.
