The Convotherm C4 ED 6.10ES is an electric combi oven made of stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (6) 13″ x 18″ steam table pans. EasyDial technology that features a C-Dial center control unit, digital display and 99 cooking profiles each containing up to 9 steps. Boilerless model that is steam generated by injecting water into the cooking chamber. Ring hinged door with door handle that features a safety latch and slam function. Antibacterial surface on control dial and door handle for food safety. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features semi-automatic cleaning. Data storage for HACCP and pasteurization figures. USB port integrated in control panel. Requires 2″ clearance on each side. 43-3/8″ W x 39-7/8″ D x 37″ H.
