The worktop of this refrigerator is constructed from sturdy 16-gauge stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. The interior and sides are also made of stainless steel, while the rear and bottom are constructed from galvanized steel, adding to the unit’s robustness.
The EOTP1 is equipped with a Blizzard R290 condensing unit that’s both replaceable and doesn’t require on-site brazing. It features reverse fan motors, supporting easy condenser coil cleaning. This unit utilizes environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, making it an eco-conscious choice.
The Mega-Top prep area offers ample space for your ingredients and can accommodate three rows of polycarbonate 6″ pans with lids, ensuring efficient food preparation.
The defrost cycle is both time-initiated and temperature-terminated and employs a defrost heater. The product’s evaporator coils are corrosion-resistant, enhancing its longevity. Additionally, the condensate drain is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, eliminating the need for external drains or electric heaters.
Pressure relief devices make accessing the interior easy after opening the door, ensuring convenience during busy kitchen operations. The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but the EOTP1 can maintain temperatures ranging from 33°F to 54°F, providing flexibility for various food storage needs.
