Some of our happiest meals have been created at a Pizza Prep Table. This one section, one door unit provides 9 cubic feet of refrigerated storage. With a 430 stainless steel exterior, and a 304 stainless steel interior, work surface, top lid and hood, the unit is rugged enough to endure life in a commercial kitchen. Two and a half inches of foamed in polyurethane insulation helps to keep the unit at the correct cold temperature. The self-contained refrigeration is found in a removable side-panel. Its condenser slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance. Environmentally-protective R-134A refrigerant is used with the system. The air defrost function is temperature initiated and terminated, so it starts as soon as it’s needed defrosts as long as necessary, and stops as soon as the unit is back to prime working condition. Rounded corners and recessed handles give the doors a more modern appeal. A snap-in magnetic gasket can be removed or replaced with little effort. Perimeter frame heaters staunch the build-up of condensation on the door. Two epoxy coated wire shelves come standard with this table. The interior lighting is safety-shielded so that accidental bumps don’t shatter it. One-half and inch of insulation shields the prep area. A removable and adjustable sanitary cutting board is 19 inch wide and 1/4″Deep. Four sanitary 1/3 size PVC pans are supplied with this table, and fit beneath the lid of the work surface for protection of the freshness of your ingredients. The temperature of the case is set and corrected by push buttons. Its ideal range of 33 to 41F is monitored by a microchip, and you can verify its accuracy by glancing at the digital display. Swivel casters support the table, and the front two have locking brakes.
