This 2 section model has 15 cubic feet of storage space for keeping your ingredients close at hand. Its exterior is built of 430 stainless steel. The interior, work surface, lid and hood are made of 304 stainless steel. The insulation is 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam. The refrigeration is housed in a removable side panel, and has a slide-out condenser which can be easily cleaned and maintained. R-134A refrigerant is used with this system. The air defrost is temperature initiated and terminated, so it works when it’s needed and stops when the task has been completed. The doors have rounded corners and recessed handles to give them a more modern appeal. Door frame heaters stop the formation of condensation. A snap-in magnetic gasket can be removed for cleaning or replacing. Four epoxy coated shelves, two for each section, allow you to store more foods in the refrigerator. Safety-shielded interior lighting has been provided to enhance the view inside the case and remain protected from the type of jostling which might otherwise cause breakage. The prep area also has 1/2 inch of insulation. A 12 inch x 4 inch sanitary cutting board is added to the prep area as well. Sixteen sanitary 1/4 PVC pans come standard with this unit, and fit single-file across the top of the work surface. The lid top closes over them for the protection of your ingredients.
