The Frigos FGV-SWPT-72-MT is a 72-inch, three-door mega top sandwich and salad prep table with 22.3 cubic feet of base storage and an oversized top rail extending 37.25 inches deep. The top holds 30 pans — the most of any prep table in the Value Series — giving your team access to virtually every topping on your menu without restocking mid-rush.
The full-width mega top rail keeps all 30 pans between 33°F and 40°F. Three solid-door base compartments with adjustable shelves provide organized backup storage. A 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant draws 6.49 KW per 24 hours. Stainless steel exterior with Cyclopentane insulation.
At 47-7/8 inches tall and 72 inches wide, this is a full two-person prep station with enough ingredient space to handle a complex menu. Casters included.
