Description
The Groen BPM-30E is an electric tilting skillet with 30 gallon capacity. The 30E is from the Groen Eclipse series of braising pans and is constructed of all stainless steel. This unit can be used for braising, pan frying, steaming, sauteing, roasting, boiling, simmering and more. After preparation, the tilting feature makes it simple to transfer the finished product to a pan for serving or storage. This skillet is available with a manual or power tilting feature. The manual option (BPM-30E) has a crank which provides precise control during pouring. The power tilt option (BPP-30E) has a motorized crank with optional manual override capability in case of power failure. The pan has a depth of 10 inches and is mounted on a rounded leg stand.
