Quickly create thick-cut steak fries (also called pommes frites or chips) and thin-cut shoestring fries by the dozens, with a simple push of the handle. It cuts uniform-sized pieces that cook evenly for perfect French fries without taking up much space. Think beyond burger and fries or fish and chips with julienne-cut vegetables, like zucchini, cucumbers or sweet potatoes, create party platters, lunch snacks or pot roast recipes. Its suction base secures to any smooth, nonporous surface to keep the cutter in place during use. Insert the desired size cutting grid, either classic French fry (25 holes) or julienne (49 holes), and their matching pusher plate. Peel and prepare veggies to measure no larger than 3″ long by 2″ wide, with ends sliced off, so they are flat. Lift the handle, place cut vegetables inside horizontally, and lower the handle with a slight rocking motion to push the vegetable through the cutting grid.
