The FP350 has a compact design that occupies minimal counterspace, but it can still process up to 26 pounds per minute of ingredients such as nuts, fruits, cheese and vegetables. Thats 1200 meals per day! It has a full-size feed hopper that accepts a variety of ingredients with minimal pre-cutting and removes without tools for cleaning. The 420 RPM cutting tool speed delivers precise cutting and dicing without bruising or mashing product and the exclusive de-coring screw deflects product away from the plate hub for complete processing. The front is angled at 45 degrees for ease of product loading and helps to reduce operator fatigue. An interlock switch prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate is open or swings away and no-volt release prevents the machine from automatically restarting in the event of a power loss. This unit comes with a 1/16 slicing plate, 5/32 slicing plate, and 3/16 shredding plate as well as a wall chart for storing the cutting tools.
