Prepare as many dishes as you want without interruption using the Hoshizaki SR60A-16 Refrigerator from Steelheart Series. This commercial prep table with 15.38 cu. ft. net capacity is a perfect addition to your bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and other food joints. Its front breathing air flow system makes it great for tight kitchen spaces. The model features stainless steel exterior and interior that is easy to clean and provides protection from rust, corrosion, and accidental damages. Both cabinet and doors of the unit have 2″ CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to prevent heat transfer and keep the unit cold for food preservation. The unit features (16) polycarbonate plastic pans to hold different ingredients for food preparation. The stainless steel prep guard collects accidental spills and drips from pan to simplify the cleaning process. There is a standard polyethylene cutting board that provides a large and stable preparation area.
Hoshizaki’s Prep Table boasts two (2) spring-assisted, field-reversible doors with self-closing and stay-open features. Each door comes with one (1) epoxy-coated wire shelf that can be adjusted with 1/2″ increments using anodized aluminum supports. These doors boast a stainless steel construction with ABS interior lining for durability and easy maintenance. Extruded aluminum flush mount handles of these doors allow an easy and uninterrupted operations. The unit holds temperature between 32°F to 52°F using R290 refrigerant and 1/3 hp compressor motor. It works smoothly under an ambient temperature of 100°F. An innovative distribution system ensures uniform air circulation throughout the cabinet and maintains optimum product temperature. Evaporator coil of the model has an enamel coating for its increased life span. There is a time-initiated, automated heated defrost system to prevent moisture build-up on food and pans. Four (4) 6″ stem casters (2 with brakes) of the equipment help you move it easily at the time of cleaning, service, or repair. Equipped with 10′ cord and 5-15 NEMA plug, this unit is easy to install and requires electrical consumption of 4.3 kWh/day at 6 amps.
