Description
The fully automatic AJ-86 conveyor dishmachine is available in your choice of electric or steam tank heat. Its 25” height clearance accommodates larger wares, such as sheet pans and large mixing bowls. The 22” pre-wash section utilizes specially designed upper and lower arms for excellent removal of food soil. The AJ-86 cleans 287 racks per hour, using only 0.77 gallons of water per rack.
