A plastic-coated handle promotes safe operation while frying. The front hook design is compatible with fryer basket hangers to allow for easy draining of excess oil. This replacement fry basket is compatible with popular commercial floor fryer models including the Kratos 29Y-012 and 29Y-052 fryers as well as Vulcan LG500 fryers.
