This 69K-013 47″ Pizza Prep Table is a Central Exclusive product that is designed to be used in high volume commercial kitchen settings. With superior quality features, the table can handle high-demand situations. It has a single self-closing door and a digital thermostat. It has pans that sit flush to the rail to allow easy access to contents. The exterior is made of durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel material while the interior has durable and easy-to-clean aluminum liner. The walls and doors of this pizza prep table have CFC-free polyurethane insulation to keep the contents perfectly refrigerated.
69K-013 can hold (6) 6″H third-size pans and has an 18″ deep removable cutting board. The easy-to-grip recessed drawer handles allow easy opening. The digital thermostat can efficiently hold temperatures between +33°F to 41°F. Its cabinet has 12 cu. ft. of storage capacity and is fitted with adjustable, heavy-duty wire shelves. Its forced-air refrigeration mechanism makes sure that the contents stored inside the cabinet are evenly and quickly cooled. The pans come included with the table and are made of easy-to-clean and durable plastic material.
This table comes fitted with (4) 4″ casters that have swivel plates on them to allow easy maneuverability in all directions. The casters at the back have brakes on them. The pizza prep table requires a 120V/60Hz electrical connection to function and comes with a plug and cord included.
