ConserveWell holds serving utensils above 140F, keeping them safe against bacteria growth. This environmentally friendly method of rinsing and protecting serving utensils replaces the need for a perpetual-flow sink while saving water, energy and money. The unit mounts to a wall or sturdy vertical surface near a power source – no drain or water line needed. Ensure timely changeouts with the programmable countdown timer, LED display and adjustable alarm volume. The (2) utensil compartments (1/9-size pans, 4-in deep) are ideal for holding knives, scoops, spoons, tongs and other short-handled serving utensils including ice cream dishers (non-gel-filled) for blended treats. Note: because warmed dishers create a thin layer of ice upon contact, operators should determine if suitable for a hand-scooped presentation.
