The Southbend P32N-TT Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a 32″ gas unit with a full-width griddle, featuring four 20,000 BTU burners and thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The 1″ thick griddle plate retains heat efficiently, speeding up recovery time. Splash guards on the sides and rear prevent spills, while the front 9.25″ deep rail provides additional workspace.
Constructed with durable stainless steel, the range includes a removable grease drawer for easy waste disposal. The fully insulated burner box ensures efficiency, while the 5″ high stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from users into the ventilation hood.
