The Southbend 4604AD-4TR is a high-performance 60″ gas range designed for heavy-duty commercial kitchen environments. This unit features (1) star/sauté burner in the front and (1) non-clog burner in the rear for flexible cooking options. It also includes a 48″ griddle on the right side, equipped with thermostatic controls for consistent and precise heat. The range is powered by a standing pilot system, and includes both a standard oven and a convection oven, each with battery spark ignition. With (4) oven racks and a durable stainless steel construction, this range is designed to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It also includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf and 6″ adjustable legs for added convenience.
