The Southbend 4603AA-5R is a 60″ gas Ultimate Restaurant Range, designed for heavy-duty performance in commercial kitchens. It features (3) non-clog burners on the front right, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear right, and (4) star/sauté burners on the left. The range also includes (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition, with (3) racks per oven. It comes with thermostatic controls, standing pilots, and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf, all constructed in durable stainless steel for long-lasting use.
