Gas Radiant Charbroiler has 30% more cooking space than competitors units. 20,000 BTU every 6″ of width with individual controls and standing pilot. Heavy duty cast iron grates come in 6″ sections and can be individually positioned (flat or slanted) to accommodate a variety of broiling needs. The grates are reversible with a thin side for searing meat and a thick side for more delicate menu items. Radiant style, with duty steel radiants, deliver more heat than traditional cast iron radiants. Stainless steel front, sides, bullnose and 5″ wraparound splashguard. Extra large stainless steel water pan for a maximum cool zone. Grease deflector reduces the likelihood of flare ups. 60″Wx305/8″Dx18″H, including 4″ adjustable legs. Shipped Natural gas.
