The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. With low-velocity fans for even heat distribution, manual humidity vent control, digital temperature display, and NSF-4 compliance, this unit is well suited for restaurants, cafeterias, and catering environments requiring reliable hot food holding.
