It maintains consistent cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F, ensuring optimal food preservation, and operates with a factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls with stainless steel floor and ceiling for durability and sanitation. Equipped with energy-efficient ECM fan motors, top-mounted refrigeration, LED interior lighting, and NSF-7 compliance, this model is ideal for high-traffic commercial kitchens and display applications.
