Description

The True TH-23 heated holding cabinet is designed to maintain the warmth of cooked and baked food, specifically intended for this purpose and not suitable for heating cold or ambient products. Its exterior features a stainless steel front, aluminum ends, and a GalFan-coated steel back, providing a combination of corrosion and dent resistance. The interior is lined with stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The walls are insulated with polyurethane to enhance structural integrity, and the unit is equipped with 4-inch-diameter castors for easy mobility.
This heated holding cabinet sustains temperatures within the range of 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. A stainless steel heating element efficiently generates heat, while low-velocity fans ensure even distribution of warm air throughout the cabinet. The external digital thermometer accurately displays the temperature for easy monitoring.
For enhanced visibility, the interior is illuminated with lights, allowing clear visibility of stored products. The stainless steel door features a recessed design, and the 12-inch-long handle is thoughtfully designed to not occupy aisle space. The door closes automatically, preventing warm air from escaping, and a magnetic gasket securely seals the door frame. Additionally, the gasket can be easily removed without the need for tools. To control humidity levels, a top vent is adjustable, and the unit comes with a water pan for foods that require extra humidity.
