The True TMC-34-SS-HC milk cooler is a suitable choice for lunchrooms and cafeterias with a light to medium-duty demand, offering the capacity to hold eight 13-inch by 13-inch by 11 1/8-inch milk crates. It features two door styles a flip-up top door and a drop-front door each equipped with standard locks to ensure unauthorized access prevention. The self-contained capillary tube system employs forced-air refrigeration, maintaining a consistent temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. An external display allows accurate temperature monitoring.
The unit incorporates electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors, ensuring consistent air circulation to reduce energy consumption and heat production. As part of a comprehensive maintenance plan, the reverse condensing fan motor directs air in the opposite direction for 20 seconds when the compressor activates, effectively cleaning the condensing coil. This mechanism, alongside preventive maintenance, enhances operational efficiency, reduces energy usage, and extends the unit’s overall lifespan.
Internally, the milk cooler boasts durable stainless steel walls and a reinforced floor for strength, while the exterior is constructed of white powder-coated, cold-rolled steel with stainless steel doors. To retain cold air and provide structural support, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. For convenient access and cleaning, the True TMC-34-SS-HC milk cooler is mounted on 4-inch swivel castors, two of which can be locked.
