Its stainless steel top can support up to 1,084 pounds of equipment, and the raised marine edge prevents spills from reaching the floor. The recessed drawer handles ensure they don’t obstruct staff working on the top. With a one-piece, seamless construction, food is less likely to get trapped in crevices.
The base offers ample storage, accommodating a total of 10 full-size food pans – six in the left-side drawers and four in the right-side drawers (pans sold separately). A self-contained system maintains a consistent temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with forced-air refrigeration ensuring uniform cooling. The stainless steel and aluminum construction ensures durability in a busy kitchen.
